Lighter, mid-dry, and clean with fruity aroma. Serve straight or as a “sake highball” by serving with soda water at a 1:1 ratio. Pour the soda water first to maximise the fruity aroma.

Pairs well with robust and umami-rich flavours like teriyaki, fattier sashimi cuts like tuna or salmon, avocado, or carbonara.
